Meet Lindsay
M.Ed | BCBA | Licensed Behavior Specialist | 20+ Years in Education
SpecAbilities was founded by Lindsay Weiner, a special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 20 years of experience in education, behavioral science, and supporting neurodiverse learners and their families.
Her work focuses on helping families navigate complex educational decisions and preparing young people for greater independence, meaningful employment, and life beyond school.
She also partners with organizations to enhance workplace systems and employee performance, using behavioral science and OBM principles to design environments that support long-term success.
