Meet Lindsay

M.Ed | BCBA | Licensed Behavior Specialist | 20+ Years in Education

SpecAbilities was founded by Lindsay Weiner, a special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 20 years of experience in education.

Her work focuses on helping families navigate complex educational decisions and preparing young people for greater independence, meaningful employment, and life beyond school.

She also partners with organizations to enhance workplace systems and employee performance, drawing from her background in behavior analysis to support more structured and effective work environments.
