These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.specabilities.com and services provided by SpecAbilities LLC (“SpecAbilities,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using this website or engaging in services, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

SpecAbilities LLC provides educational and consultative support, including:

  • Educational consulting

  • Parent coaching

  • Transition planning support

  • Advocacy guidance

  • Workshops and training

  • Digital resources and downloads

SpecAbilities LLC does NOT provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Therapy services

  • Psychological evaluations

All services are educational and consultative in nature.

2. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

We support families, students, and employers through education-based strategies and professional guidance. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific academic results

  • IEP outcomes or decisions

  • School district actions

  • Behavioral changes

  • Employment outcomes

Results vary based on the individual, environment, and level of implementation.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Participate actively in the process

  • Use materials for personal use only

  • Not share, distribute, or publish purchased resources

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Services must be paid in advance

  • Digital products and downloads are non-refundable

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable unless canceled within the stated timeframe

Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session rate

  • No-show appointments are billed in full

  • Unpaid invoices beyond 3 business days may incur a late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater

SpecAbilities services are private pay and are not covered by health insurance. We do not bill insurance on behalf of clients.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is owned by SpecAbilities LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws, including:

  • Downloads

  • Guides

  • Visual supports

  • Templates

  • Course materials

  • Branding

  • Website text and graphics

You may NOT:

  • Copy

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Publish

any materials without written permission.

6. WEBSITE USE

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt services

  • Copy or misuse content

  • Impersonate another person

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or remove content at our discretion.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SpecAbilities LLC is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by school districts

  • Educational or behavioral outcomes

  • Emotional or financial impacts related to services

  • Actions taken by third parties

Services are educational, consultative, and guidance-based.

All information and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & RESOURCES

We may recommend tools, apps, services, or community resources. SpecAbilities is not responsible for:

  • Their performance

  • Data privacy policies

  • Outcomes related to their use

Use of third-party resources is at your discretion.

9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Visiting www.specabilities.com or communicating with us electronically constitutes consent to receive electronic communications, including:

  • Emails

  • Service notices

  • Updates

These communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

10. CHILDREN UNDER 13

SpecAbilities does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Individuals under 18 may use this website only with permission from a parent or guardian.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Terminate access

  • Cancel accounts or services

if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms occurs.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any disputes arising from use of this website or services shall be handled within Pennsylvania jurisdiction.
